Extensive Countywide Reach

Leadership Pasco draws on deep local knowledge and experience from across Pasco County. Participants come from leading businesses, nonprofit organizations, and public institutions throughout the county—and even neighboring counties—enhancing learning through diverse perspectives shared during panel discussions, field experiences, and site visits.

SIMSOC Learning Teams

Participants take part in SIMSOC, an immersive simulated-society experience designed to mirror real-world community challenges. This dynamic exercise leverages the diverse professional, cultural, and functional backgrounds of participants and builds skills in strategy, leadership, communication, collaboration, change management, and problem-solving. Alumni consistently describe SIMSOC as a fun, challenging, and transformative experience that fosters lasting relationships.

Countywide Learning Experience

Leadership Pasco expands participants’ understanding of Pasco County by highlighting its diverse communities and demographics. Through cross-county tours and community-based panel discussions, participants gain a comprehensive perspective that deepens knowledge and strengthens civic engagement.
